The next Steering Committee Meeting of GCD to be held in Luxembourg in May 2008

The Sherpas Meeting held in Luxembourg on 29 February 2008 resulted in commencing the preparations for the next Steering Committee Meeting (SCM), which is scheduled to be held on 29-30 May 2008. During two days, the next SCM will host the GCD members and participants in the heart of Europe in the city of Luxembourg. The SCM is promising to discuss the issues of the local mobile services and selection of the hosting city of the General Assembly Meeting 2008.

Moreover, during the SCM it is foreseen to sign partnership agreements between the Politech Institute and the Intelligent Community Forum as well as celebrate the signing ceremony of the Helsinki Declaration by the cities of Trier and Saarbrück.
